Fresh, Quality, & Traditional

  • Fresh

Most store-bought kimchi has been fermented for weeks before it reaches the shelves. In contrast, we prepare our kimchi just a day or two before it is served to you. This allows you the opportunity to ferment it to your preferred taste and texture.

  • Quality

We prioritize quality by using only premium ingredients and taste-testing every batch of kimchi and other dishes to ensure they meet our high standards. Our ingredients are sourced both locally and internationally, including from Korea, Mexico, and Los Angeles. We also procure USDA Prime Quality Beef from the Midwest. For our kimchi sauce, we create a special blend using three types of chili peppers, along with various fruits, vegetables, and fish.

  • Traditional

Fresh, quality ingredients are essential for a great dish, but the process of making those dishes is equally, if not more, important—especially when it comes to our kimchi. We not only source the best ingredients available, but we also take pride in preserving and showcasing our culture through our traditional kimchi.

Our kimchi is crafted using traditional methods. We hand-cut the vegetables, brine them with salt imported from Korea, and carefully wash and mix everything by hand. We are not just serving kimchi; we are showcasing and representing our heritage in every batch of kimchi.
