Arriving late to your scheduled time window will result in forfeiting your appointment slot. Your order will either be sold to another customer or discarded to maintain quality and freshness.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be done at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment.
• If you arrive after your scheduled pick-up window, your appointment slot will be forfeited, and your order may be sold or discarded.

Why We Ask for Commitment

We are a made-to-order business, preparing your kimchi the day before your pickup to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Each ingredient is carefully inspected, every cabbage leaf meticulously chosen, and traditional hand-making techniques are used to give you an authentic kimchi experience, just like the one we grew up with.

Preparing kimchi is a labor-intensive process that involves sourcing the freshest ingredients, dedicating countless hours, and ensuring every step is done with care. This same dedication applies to all of our dishes. Every ingredient is thoughtfully selected, and each dish is prepared with attention to detail to deliver nothing but the best.

To keep everything on track, we kindly ask all customers to commit to their appointments and respect the time allocated. Punctuality ensures fairness for everyone and allows us to maintain our schedule and inventory efficiently.

Extra Availability

If we have extra bags of kimchi, they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Updates about any extras will be posted on our Instagram stories, but availability is extremely limited.

Refunds and Quality Standards

• Deposits are non-refundable and cover the labor, time, ingredients, and preparation involved in making your order.
• If our supply chain fails to meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to cancel upcoming pickup dates. We will never serve a product we wouldn’t eat ourselves.

No Special Modifications

To uphold the authenticity, quality, and consistency of our dishes, we do not make special modifications to any recipes.
