Local Pre-Order Refund Policy:

Deposits are non refundable. The deposit will go towards labor, time, ingredients, and prepping your order.

 

• Deposits are non-refundable and cover the labor, time, ingredients, and preparation involved in making your order.
• If our supply chain fails to meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to cancel upcoming pickup dates. We will never serve a product we wouldn’t eat ourselves.
• Arriving Late: If you arrive after your scheduled pick-up window, your appointment slot will be forfeited, and your order may be sold or discarded.

 

Shipping Refund Policy:

To be eligible for a refund,

1. We require proof of purchase.

2. We also require images of the damaged product.
