Sikhye is a traditional Korean drink made from malted barley, rice, and a blend of aromatic spices. Often described as Korea's answer to horchata, it delivers a naturally sweet and refreshing flavor without any dairy or condensed milk.

Our Sikhye is made completely from scratch using my mom's homemade recipe—the same one I grew up drinking. Unlike instant versions, ours is slowly crafted to bring out the rich malt flavor and delicate sweetness that make this drink so special.
